Sodium Fluoride eats concrete!
Sodium fluoride is so corrosive that it eats concrete, dissolves metal, and human flesh. People handling it have to wear hazmat suits. In fact, the pure form of sodium is so toxic that only drinking a small drop would be enough to kill you. This is the reason toothpaste companies have a warning label that states "If you accidentally swallow more than needed for brushing, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center immediately."
